IgKnight Conference 2024

This session will provide an opportunity for paraprofessionals across our district to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other on various topics and scenarios that are often encountered during a school year. Some topics of discussion include but are not limited to the following: adjusting to new roles and responsibilities, how to become more involved in classrooms, understanding behavior, special education 101, finding a system that works for you, and accommodating vs oversupporting, reluctant learners, and connecting with staff and students.

Time allotted to meet with job alike staff to collaborate, share and plan.
